Eastbank Riverfront Park

This complex civil project included revitalization of the existing park and abandoned lot between Montgomery Circle and the Marquam Bridge.

The work included the excavation and reconstruction of 900 feet of river bank, 50,000 sf of architectural concrete paving, concrete overlooks, and concrete architectural walls and ramps for new access to the Newport Bay Restaurant ramp.

This project also included temporary public reroutes, street utility work, and temporary walkways. The work was completed around an operating fire station, requiring regular communication and sensitivity to public safety.

Total Project Value: $4.66 million
