This $9.4 million CM/GC project included the construction of a mile of perimeter duct bank and piping corridor. This project also involved many aspects of coordination; plant power was transferred to new plant switchgear and interior plant transformers with no interruption to plant functions, power was required to be provided to a new administration building within a tight time constraint and the work was not to interfere with future plant expansions that were under design during this project’s construction. The scope of work included construction of the perimeter duct bank, piping corridor and switchgear building as well as input on design concepts, design review, cost estimates throughout design, bid package assembly, and procurement.
Total Project Value: $9,600,000
