PDX Post Security Concessions Utilities Phase 3 and Grease Separation

This PDX airport improvement project consisted of providing utility services and vacuum sanitary sewer plumbing systems to support various concessions and retail development in the PDX terminal building. The work included installation of over 7,000 feet Stainless Steel Vacuum lines, 6,800 feet welded steel natural gas lines, 5,000 feet cast iron, 3,500 feet copper water lines, 2,200 feet PVDF, 21 grease accumulators, 4 vacuum centers (and related power and controls), 5 exterior grease interceptors, mechanical systems upgrades, and over 10,000 sq. ft. of tenant storage areas.
