The Regional Water Reclamation Facility was originally constructed in 1969 and provides sewage treatment for Medford, Central Point, Phoenix, Talent, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, and White City. The RWRF was phased construction of improvements to expand the RWRF to comply with discharge standards and provide increased capacity for regional growth. Current capacity is 20 MGD dry weather flow and 100 MGD peak wet weather flow. Elements of the work included construction of new cogeneration feeder circuits between Cogeneration Building and main electrical service building.
